This helps chemical compounds from leaching into our drinking water supplies. Our storm drains lead to our streams, rivers, lakes, and oceans unfiltered. Each cigarette filter has 16,000 plastic fibers that can enter our food chain.

Waste  to  energy  facilities can  be  found  in  22  US  states.
